冰蓄冷空调系统的蓄冷放冷系统详解

制冷体系正常运转后,内循环水泵将蓄冰池内的水输送至板冰机蒸发器顶部的洒水槽处,经过洒水槽将水均匀的洒在板冰机蒸发器的外外表,与板冰机蒸发器内部的制冷剂热交换,部分水在板冰机蒸发器上结冰,没有结冰的水落入蓄冰池内,再次循环。

  在空调工况下,制冷量相同动态冰蓄冷体系与空调机组比较,压缩冷凝机组、冷却塔体系、蒸发器的的总本钱相差不大,而动态冰蓄冷体系仅须增加一个蓄冰池,蓄冰池可采用土建方式或钢架结构,顺便保温层,但本钱较低。

  该体系的根本组成是以制冰机作为制冷设备,以保温的槽体作为冰蓄冷设备,制冷机安装在蓄冰槽上方,在若干块平行板内通入制冷剂作为蒸发器。循环水泵不断将蓄冰槽中的水抽出送到蒸发器的上方喷洒而下,在平板状蒸发器外表结成一层薄冰,待冰层达到一定厚度(一般在3~6.5mm之间)时,制冰设备中的四通换向阀切换,使压缩机的排气直接进入蒸发器而加热板面,使冰脱落。

  冰蓄冷槽蓄冷进程:在市电低谷时段敞开冷水机组,以低温水的形式储存在蓄冷槽中。(敞开蓄冷水槽、蓄冷泵、V4、V6、主机、V5、V3),蓄冷槽放冷进程:在白天顶峰时段敞开放冷泵,运转水蓄冷体系,将低温水供向空调末端。(敞开蓄冷水槽、V1、放冷泵、V5、V7、分水器——集水器、V4、V2)边蓄边供进程:在蓄冷进程中,启动冷冻循环泵,冷水机组能够向用户供冷,蓄冷槽和主机供冷是两个独立的环路,彼此没有影响。

Under the condition of air conditioning, the total cost of compressor condensing unit, cooling tower system and evaporator is almost the same compared with that of air conditioning unit, while the dynamic ice storage system only needs to add one ice storage tank, which can be constructed by civil engineering or steel frame structure, by the way of insulation layer, but the cost is lower.



The basic composition of the system is that the ice maker is used as the refrigeration equipment, the insulated tank is used as the ice storage equipment, the refrigerator is installed above the ice storage tank, and the refrigerant is introduced into several parallel plates as the evaporator. The circulating water pump continuously draws out the water in the ice storage tank and sends it to the upper part of the evaporator for spraying, and forms a thin layer of ice on the surface of the flat evaporator. When the ice layer reaches a certain thickness (generally between 3-6.5mm), the four-way reversing valve in the ice making equipment switches, so that the exhaust gas of the compressor directly enters the evaporator and heats the plate surface, so that the ice falls off.



Cold storage process of ice storage tank: open the chiller in the low period of municipal power supply and store it in the form of low temperature water. (open the cold storage tank, cold storage pump, V4, V6, main engine, V5, V3), cold storage tank cooling process: open the cold pump at the peak of the day, operate the water cold storage system, and supply the low-temperature water to the end of the air conditioner. (open cold storage tank, V1, drain pump, V5, V7, water separator - water collector, V4, V2) process of side storage and side supply: in the process of cold storage, start the refrigeration circulating pump, the water chiller can supply cold to the user, the cold storage tank and the main engine are two independent loops, which have no impact on each other.
