冷库建造方法：
1、库板的安装
冷库板之间应用锁钩以及密封胶固定，达到库体平整，无空心感，等所有库板都安装完毕之后，再调整顶部与底部之间的平整。
2、冷风机的安装
冷风机的安装位置最好在空气循环最好的位置。冷风机应该与库板之间保持一定的距离，一般要大于冷风机的厚度，例如冷风机厚度为0.5m则冷风机与库板之间最小距离必须超过0.5m方可。在冷风机安装完毕之后应该用密封胶条对于孔洞进行封闭，防止冷桥和漏气情况的发生。
3、制冷机组安装
在制冷机组安装之前应该选择安装何种制冷机组，一般小型冷库都安装全封闭式制冷机组，而中大型冷库则安装半封闭制冷机组。在制冷机组安装结束后需要安装配套的油分离器，并加入适量机油，如果冷库预设温度低于零下15℃的话还应该加入冷冻机油。另外在压缩机的底部还应安装减震胶座，并在四周留有一定的维修空间，便于维修和检查。龙华环境集成系统有限公司对于机组的整体布局都有一定的讲究，并且颜色应该统一，各个机组型号安装结构都应该保持一致。
4、制冷管道安装

在各个连接点处都必须进行标记，方便日后维修、检测；所以电线必须用绑线进行固定；做好防潮工作，防止电线进水导致短路。
6、冷库调试
冷库调试时需要先对电源电压进行确认是否正常，很多情况下用户来电报修，都是因为当时电压不稳不能正常启动冷库所引起的，然后检查设备的开闭情况，向储液罐内注入制冷剂，然后运行压缩机。

1. Installation of Library Board
The cold storage plates shall be fixed with locking hook and sealant to achieve the flatness of the storage body without hollow feeling. After all the storage plates are installed, adjust the flatness between the top and the bottom.
2. Installation of cooling fan
The installation position of the cooling fan is best in the best position of air circulation. A certain distance should be kept between the cold fan and the storage plate, which is generally greater than the thickness of the cold fan. For example, if the thickness of the cold fan is 0.5m, the minimum distance between the cold fan and the storage plate must be more than 0.5m. After the installation of the air conditioner, the holes shall be sealed with sealant strip to prevent cold bridge and air leakage.
3. Refrigeration unit installation
Before the installation of the refrigeration unit, which type of refrigeration unit should be installed should be selected. Generally, the small-scale refrigerators are installed with totally enclosed refrigeration units, while the medium and large-scale refrigerators are installed with semi enclosed refrigeration units. After the installation of the refrigeration unit, it is necessary to install a matched oil separator and add a proper amount of engine oil. If the preset temperature of the refrigerator is lower than - 15 ℃, the engine oil should also be added. In addition, a damping rubber seat shall be installed at the bottom of the compressor, and a certain maintenance space shall be reserved around it for maintenance and inspection. 4. Refrigeration pipeline installation

5. Installation of electric control system
All connection points must be marked to facilitate future maintenance and detection; therefore, wires must be fixed with binding wires; moisture-proof work shall be done to prevent short circuit caused by water in wires.
6. Cold storage debugging
During the commissioning of the cold storage, it is necessary to confirm whether the power supply voltage is normal. In many cases, the user calls for repair because the voltage is unstable at that time and the cold storage cannot be started normally. Then check the opening and closing of the equipment, inject refrigerant into the liquid storage tank, and then run the compressor.
